Im 35 yrs old,married,having 2 children. I rememberd my first episode of panic attact when I was 20 yrs old.I was diagnosed with depression,bi polar,ocd. Presently im taking lexapro and risperdal. right now im afraid to go out my house because i feel i get disoriented, i might fall into the sky,then i panick.what is really my problem?

As you have mentioned, you have been diagnosed as having depression, bipolar mood disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. Symptoms of these disorders frequently overlap and sometimes challenging to manage. I presume that you are undergoing treatment with your doctor and he's the best person that can answer your questions. He has a deeper understanding of what you have, why you have these manifestations and what's the best way to treat it. Lexapro and Risperidone are good and generally safe medications.
My advise is for you to follow-up with your doctor and ask him any questions or concerns about your illness. am sure he/she will be more than willing to answer them.
