Retrenchment Benefits

Sec. 12-B of RA 8282 provides for the Retirement Benefits under the SSS law. A member who has made enough contributions as required by the law can avail of such benefits.

While Sec. 13 of RA 8291 provides for Retirement Benefits and qualifications under the GSIS law.
